Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in original condition with original packaging and tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:

  2. Complete the return form included in your original shipment
  3. Securely pack the items using the original packaging materials
  4. Include all original documentation and accessories
  5. Affix the prepaid shipping label (for US returns)

Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to manufacturer defects or our error: Free return shipping
  • Returns for other reasons: Customer pays return shipping
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are deducted from refunds for international returns

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund
  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchange Process
For exchanges:

  • Contact customer service for authorization
  • Specify the desired replacement item
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
  • Exchange processing time: 7-10 business days

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged knives

Damaged or Defective Items

Holiday Return Policy
Extended holiday return period:

  • Purchases made November 1 – December 24
  • Can be returned until January 31
